Meet the Staff
Tony W. (President/Owner)
Always having been a huge music fan, I never really was much into local music simply out of ignorance. I moved to Virginia from Delaware for my career and to raise my family. One day at work I was talking with Nate Compton of Elisium and he kept after me about his band and how I would enjoy them and how I should come out and support. Elisium just happened to be in Baltimore playing locally with Rebel inc. and I decided to go out to the show. Instantly I knew I liked local music the certain raw appeal to it, the musicians pouring it all out there on the stage in hopes for something greater.
From there Nate was persistent in that I should come to a show in Virginia and check out Saint Diablo (a bit harder as he described), after months of talking to me I finally did. Once again, I was drawn to the energy and the intensity of the performance. I started as a fan looking to get involved in anyway that I could trying to find my niche to somehow help. I wanted to be involved and knew that I had something that I wanted to learn, a craft that I could call my own and be happy about it.
I started by loading gear into the trailer for the bands, it wasn't glorious and it was a pain especially when mistakes were made. From there I helped them promote shows and street team for them talking about them where ever I could. Then they realized my uncanny knack for off the wall humor and social networking skills, so they asked me to run all of their social networks. Finally started booking shows on a consistent basis any where and everywhere they have wanted to go and continiously keep them booked and out on the road as well as be their full time manager. Interfacing with label representatives, endorsement companies, and more industry side of the house personnel.
I started The Lafayette Agency on the principles of Integrity, Professionalism, and Dedication because I believe in what we do and the name we are building for ourselves. This is my passion, my life and I want that to show in everything that we do. We are an honest agency looking out for the artist and their best interests. Professional in our dealings with anyone we come in contact no matter who they are. And dedicated to representing our bands and making sure we are doing what we can do to get them to the next level.

Nick J. (Prospect/Social Networking Manager)
For most people Rock and Roll is found, I was lucky enough to be born into it. I grew up listening to AC/DC, Metallica, and Linkin Park. Which kinda threw me some troubles considering I am in the generation that likes High School Musical. It really sucked until May 2009, when I went to my first show. Music as a Weapon IV with Disturbed. They showed me that Rock is a way of life, and that launched me into the person I am today.
I kept going to shows and gaining a bigger and bigger passion for the genre. Then much like Tony, Nate brought me into the local scene. We met through mutual friends and we put money into their kick-starter which got me in a place in their video. I was in love with their music immediately, and at the shoot I met my future boss and also future friend Justin from Saint Diablo.
Tony first brought me on selling tickets to the Elisium CD Release Party, and after my performance took me under his wing as "Prospect." I've wanted to be a roadie since 13, so doing that plus getting to help with booking and graphic designs. it's a dream. I am blessed to have Tony, Elisium, and Saint Diablo in my life as great friends and as co-workers.

Jordan S. (Design Lead)
I am the owner of Stanley Studios and I am a self taught graphics designer from Columbus, Ohio. And now happy to be working with The Lafayette Agency. I am 21 years old and I love what I do especially when I work with bands, venues, booking agencies, and/or promoters. I love the local music as much as I love watching a national take the stage, music in general is a huge passion of mine so doing what I love to do and adding music to that is just phenomenal
I met Tony and The Lafayette Agency while doing some work on a show that Saint Diablo and Elisium were headlining at. Since then I have done numerous things and proud to be apart of the team 100%.
I look forward to doing many projects with the crew and building this into a even bigger machine!
